The clinic will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Trinity Outreach Community Center, behind Trinity AME Zion Church at 972 W Pennsylvania Ave in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

This clinic offers a valuable opportunity for Moore County residents with previously dismissed charges to receive legal assistance in clearing their records. We encourage participants to pre-register online to secure an appointment, as space is limited. Walk-ins will be accepted from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., but it’s important to bring your criminal record if you plan to attend without pre-registering.

How to Prepare for the Expunction Clinic:

Obtain Your Criminal Record

Since we can only assist with Moore County charges that have been previously dismissed, obtaining your criminal record is crucial. Contact the Clerk of Court of Moore County at (910) 722-5000 to request your record. We recommend starting this process early to make sure you have your record before the clinic.

Pre-Register Online

To secure your spot, complete the pre-registration intake form. Early registration is highly recommended due to limited availability.

Prepare for Your Appointment

On the day of the clinic, bring your criminal record, a valid ID, and any related court documents. Each session is expected to last around 30 minutes.

If you do not have an ID or Social Security number, paper applications will be provided for you to complete and mail in to verify your name and address.

Take the Next Step Toward a Fresh Start
